BOOKING INFORMATION: Booking Deposits have been replaced with Card Capture.

Calming Concepts are no longer taking deposits to secure your online booking, instead we have updated our booking software to allow you to save your credit card securely on file to be used ONLY in the case of a late cancellation or no-show to your appointment.

Your card will NOT be charged unless our Cancellation Policy applies.

Cancellation fees are now 50% of the value of the service. This is to protect our staff from No-Shows and to value their time and efforts to prepare a beautiful and enjoyable space for you to relax. (Remember, therapists are in the clinic early to prepare the rooms and their time is as valuable as yours)

As always, if you need to reschedule, please allow as much time as possible so we can fill your space. Contact the clinic via DM, text, phone or email.

HOW WILL THIS WORK?
During Online Booking you will be prompted to Log In using your Australian mobile number. This is how we confirm your identity. No need for sign ups or passwords. You are then required to enter your credit card details and click a box named ‘Save card for future payments'.

Please note: If you have a future appointment, you will not be able to remove your saved card, as a safe-guard for our staff, however as always, we are human and understand things come up so please get in touch if you cannot attend your appointment.
